Our Team

Emily, Frances and Jane each bring a unique set of skills and experience to their work at ESP Boston. Emily taught history in the Washington D.C. and New York City public school systems before joining the nonprofit world to manage educational partnerships. Frances was born and raised in Boston’s South End, attended Boston Public Schools and worked as a manager in multimedia client operations until switching gears to contribute to local nonprofits. Jane spent her early career as a pediatric occupational therapist serving diverse, high-needs students before transitioning into nonprofit financial management. Every member of our founding team is a Boston Public School parent.
